The Red Garrote Strangler, a serial killer known all across Europe and the UK. His cases were always identified by one distinctive aspect: he killed his victims with a garrote, a red garrote. His modus operandi was always the same, he chose young men, homeless, runaways, innocent lads he usually picked up in bars, at first making them feel comfortable, offer them a drink which would knock them out, and when the young men came around, they were groggy and with the killer touching and squeezing their necks, before moving on to his weapon of choice, his bright red garrote, strangling the victims until they went limp. Despite all this video evidence, he was never caught, and he is still out there...waiting...
